Here is every couple that hopped in front of my camera last year. It was insanely hard to pick just a few favorites from every wedding and one from every engagement or couples shoot – I clearly have a lot more to blog from the fall wedding season and that’s coming as soon as possible. I want to share every image from every one of these weddings because I love these people so incredibly much.
hannah and sean met me on a really *warm* june evening at Cylburn Arboretum for their engagement session, and friends, they. are. HILARIOUS. not only did they brave the heat and willingly sweat through some of their clothes with me (you can't tell because they're still beautiful), but i'm pretty sure i was laughing the entire time -- and the entire time i spent editing afterwards. i couldn't stop myself from including a couple of bloopers and goofy photos from our shoot.
i absolutely loved getting to hang out with these two for a couple of hours on a Saturday evening in July, taking photos on the beautiful water in Pasadena, MD to celebrate their engagement and sticking around afterwards to photograph a little of their party at Sunset Cove with their close family and friends (complete with alllllll the cute decorations!). proposals never fail to get my heart racing and make me feel like a super ninja photographer, and the moments after are seriously some of the sweetest i've ever seen. thank you, Brandon and Courtney, for allowing me to be a part of such a special moment in your story!
so excited to share these! Katelyn and Garrett are Baltimore people, tying the knot with a small ceremony in Annapolis in October, and suggested the Library of Congress for their engagement shoot last spring. so basically, they're incredible. if their soft kindness, quiet love, and gracious willingness to be goofy and laugh at my constant stream of babble throughout our shoot doesn't speak something about how beautiful they are inside and out -- y'all, they brought me a bag of Baltimore coffee, the "Umma" blend from Dooby's, because they know how much I love coffee and because they said it reminded them of "Emma". I LOVE THEM A LOT.
